To place an order you must register an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe specified at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Organic Bazar is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

4. Product Quality

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or substandard product, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Organic Bazar Limited and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
