Eligible Refund Situations
- Damaged or spoiled products received at delivery.
- Wrong products delivered due to our error.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Payment charged but order not confirmed due to a system error.
Refund Timeline
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
- Wallet Credit: Instant — refunded to your Organic Bazar wallet for future purchases
- Cash on Delivery: Refund issued as wallet credit or via mobile banking

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for customer preference changes, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or items returned after the 24-hour window.
