What does "organic" mean?

Organic produce is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilisers. Our partner farms follow strict organic cultivation practices and are regularly inspected to maintain certification.

Are your products certified organic?

Yes. All products sold on Organic Bazar are sourced from farms that hold recognised organic certifications. You can view the certification details on each product page.

How fresh are the products?

We work with farmers to harvest produce within 24 hours of your order wherever possible. Our cold-chain logistics ensure freshness is maintained throughout the journey from farm to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if I receive a wrong or missing item?

Please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange an immediate replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you offer subscriptions or recurring deliveries?

We are working on a subscription feature and it will be available soon. In the meantime, you can reorder your favourite items easily from your order history.

How do I become an agent or reseller?
