Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Organic Bazar. If you received an incorrect item or a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • You received a different product from what you ordered.
  • The product arrived visibly damaged or spoiled.
  • The weight or size of the product is significantly different from what was ordered.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Take clear photos of the product and the packaging label.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  3. Share your order number and photos with our support team.
  4. Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Exchange Process

Our courier will collect the original item and deliver the replacement in a single trip wherever possible. You will not be charged any additional delivery fee for approved exchanges.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product (same variant/size).
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges requested after 24 hours of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
