Delivery Zones & Charges

We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Dhaka City (Inside): ৳60 — Delivery within 24 hours
• Dhaka City (Outside): ৳80 — Delivery within 24–48 hours
• Chittagong: ৳120 — Delivery within 48–72 hours
• Rest of Bangladesh: ৳150 — Delivery within 3–5 working days

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ৳1,000 within Dhaka city. Free delivery thresholds for other zones may vary during promotions.

Delivery Process

Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are dispatched the same day. You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once your order has been handed to our courier partner. Track your shipment in real time from your account dashboard.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable on both occasions, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to re-schedule delivery.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
