Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling an order on Organic Bazar.

When Can You Cancel?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is marked as Processing or Packed, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Organic Bazar account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Order and confirm your reason.
  4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via SMS and email.

Alternatively, call us at 01800-000-000 and our support team can cancel the order on your behalf.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you paid online, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. COD orders have nothing to refund as payment has not been collected.

Cancellation by Organic Bazar

In rare cases, we may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we detect unusual activity on your account. We will notify you immediately and process a full refund if payment was collected.
