What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available for regular purchase. This is typically used for seasonal items, limited-edition products, or newly announced items that are not yet in stock.

How Pre-Orders Work

1. Browse products marked with the "Pre-Order" badge on our platform.
2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.
3. Your payment will be held and only charged when the item is confirmed ready for dispatch.
4. You will receive an email notification with your confirmed dispatch date once the product is available.

Pre-Order Delivery

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates based on harvest schedules and production timelines. We will keep you informed of any changes. If your item is delayed by more than 7 days from the original estimated date, you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Simply go to My Orders in your account and click Cancel Pre-Order, or contact our support team.
